  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms, open a visitor type and select a question.

  2. Under Privacy, tick Personal data, Sensitive or Masked.
  3. For a sensitive or masked question, choose which other roles see the answers under Also visible to.
  4. To remove the answers sooner, type a number in Delete answers after (days).
  5. Select Publish.

Good to Know

  • Personal data answers are included when someone asks for their data or to be erased.
  • Sensitive is for special data, such as health or religion. Only Owners, Admins and the roles you choose see the answers; others don't see the question.
  • Masked lets anyone at the desk answer it, but only Owners, Admins and the roles you choose see the answer afterwards.
  • Sensitive and masked answers never go to API keys, connected apps or webhooks.
  • A question's newest settings apply to every answer it has had, so tightening it protects what's already recorded.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The switches are locked on. The question is an ID document. Its answers are always sensitive and masked; you choose only who sees them.
  • A colleague says an answer shows as hidden. Their role isn't in Also visible to. Add it, or ask an Owner or Admin to look.
