Appeal a Safety Decision on a Form

See why a form was held or taken down, change it if asked, and appeal a decision you think is wrong.

  1. Go to Safety in your workspace's menu, or follow the link in the email Agoo sent. For your organisation's forms in the Console, go to Agoo FormsSafety.

  2. Read the decision and the rule it names.
  3. If a change was asked for, change the form and select Publish again. A person checks the new version.
  4. To appeal, select Appeal on the decision.
  5. Under Why the decision should change, say what the form is for, who answers it and why it doesn't break the rule. Select Send the appeal.

Good to Know

  • Someone who wasn't part of the decision looks again, usually within 7 days, and you're emailed the outcome.
  • You can appeal a decision once. Owners and Admins can appeal; Builders and Analysts can read the record.
  • A form waiting for a check isn't a decision, so it can't be appealed. It ends when a person has looked.
  • Nobody on the safety team reads your responses to decide.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Your form keeps being held. It may ask for something no form may ask for, such as a PIN, password, one-time code or card number. Take that question out.
  • You use your organisation's name and it's held. A verified organisation's workspace can use its own name without being held for it.
