Read Your Feedback Results

   Go to ConsoleFeedback and open Results.

   Filter by period, site and survey, and by how the answer came in.

   Read the score with the number of answers it rests on, the spread of ratings and the tags picked most.

   Open All answers to read each answer with its comment, site, visitor type and date.

Good to Know

• Every number shows how many answers it rests on. A change from the period before is marked only when it's bigger than chance.
• Invited answers and poster answers are reported apart, because they come from different people.
• There are no staff rankings: feedback is about a visit, not a person.
• A visitor's name shows only if the survey isn't anonymous, or they left it for a reply.
• Home shows the last seven days' score. Reports shows feedback beside your visits and bookings.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No feedback yet". No survey has had answers. Check a survey is published and asking.
• "Results aren't available right now". Try again in a minute.
• An answer says Hidden from your role. Your role can't see that detail.
