Go to ConsoleFeedback and open Surveys.
- Select New survey, give it a Name and choose a Template, then select Start the survey.
- Check its questions, and change them if your plan allows.
- Under About this survey, set what A low score is, and add Your Google review link if you have one.
- Select Publish and start asking.
Good to Know
- Every survey starts with one main rating, tags for what stood out, and usually an optional comment. Keep it short.
- Free asks the template's questions. Starter adds a few of your own, and Growth adds as many as you like, with conditions and more scales.
- You can publish 1 survey on Free, 3 on Starter, 15 on Growth and as many as you like on Pro and Enterprise. Responses are unlimited.
- Each publish is a new version, and every answer keeps the version it was given on.
- Stop asking pauses a survey. Its answers stay, and its posters say politely that it isn't asking.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't publish another survey. You've reached your plan's number of surveys asking at once. Stop one first.
- A question type is greyed out. It "comes with Growth, or with Advanced feedback".
- Delete is offered only sometimes. A survey that has never asked anyone can be deleted. Others can only be stopped, so their answers stay.
