Read Form Responses in Agoo Workspace

   Open Agoo Workspace and go to Me. When you read any of your organisation's forms, Form responses shows how many came this week.

   Select Form responses to see the newest first. Choose a form at the top to see only its responses.

   Select a response to see each question as it was asked, with its answer.

   If you're allowed to, select Show sensitive answers to open answers kept sealed.

Good to Know

• You see the responses to the forms your role in your organisation's Agoo Forms workspace lets you read.
• Opening sensitive answers is recorded in your organisation's audit trail.
• Files show whether they've passed their virus check. Download them from the form's responses in the Console or on agooforms.com.
• Exports, the trash and sharing a form are in the Console and on agooforms.com.

If Something Goes Wrong

• No Form responses on Me. You don't read any of your organisation's forms yet. Ask an Owner or Admin of its Agoo Forms workspace.
• "Responses didn't load". Check your connection, then pull down to try again.
• No Show sensitive answers. Your role doesn't open sensitive answers. Ask the form's maker, an Owner or an Admin.
