Remove a Site

Remove a site you no longer use, while keeping its visits, attendance and reports in your history.

  1. Unpair every device at the site in ConsoleDevices.

  2. Go to ConsoleSettingsSites and open the site.

  3. Select Remove site.
  4. Read what goes with it, then select Remove site again to confirm, or Keep it.

Good to Know

  • The site's gates and zones go with it.
  • Visits, attendance and reports from the site stay in your history.
  • Removing a site frees a place on your plan for another one.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Remove site is greyed out. Devices are still paired at the site. The dialog says how many. Unpair them first.
  • You meant to close the site for a day, not remove it. Add an exception under Opening hours instead.
