Remove Someone's Sign-In

   Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the person.

   In Sign-in, select Remove sign-in.

   Confirm with Remove sign-in.

They're signed out of the Console and Agoo Workspace straight away. They stay in the directory and, if they receive visitors, can still be chosen as a host.

Good to Know

• Restore sign-in gives them back the role they had. Invite with another role starts again with a different one.
• If they've left the organisation, deactivate them instead. That also frees their place on your plan.
• While an invitation hasn't been accepted, use Withdraw invitation instead.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Remove sign-in button. You can't remove your own sign-in, and only an Owner or Admin can remove an Admin's or HR's.
• The Owner can't be removed. Ownership must be transferred first.
