Invite Someone to Sign In

   Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the person.

   In Sign-in, choose their Role and, on Growth and above, Where the role applies.

   Select Send invitation.

Agoo emails them a link to set up their account, with a link to get Agoo Workspace on their phone. Until they accept, their page shows when the link works until.

Good to Know

• Save, invite later saves the role without sending anything. Select Send invitation on their page when you're ready.
• Send again with a new link sends a fresh invitation. The old link stops working.
• Withdraw invitation takes it back before they've accepted.
• Owners, Admins and Site admins must set up two-step verification. Agoo asks for it at their first sign-in.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Send invitation button. Add their email in Details first. Invitations go by email, and it's how they sign in.
• They say the link doesn't work. It has expired or was replaced. Select Send again with a new link.
• You can't choose Admin, HR or Finance. Only an Owner or Admin gives Admin and HR, and only the Owner gives Finance.
