Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the person.
- In Someone who has left, select Deactivate [their first name].
- Read what happens, then select Deactivate.
They can no longer sign in, they leave the kiosk's host search, and any invitation stops working. Their past visits, approvals and clock-ins stay in your records and the audit trail.
Good to Know
- Do it on the day they leave. Agoo sets Left on to that day, and leave owed and their service count up to it.
- To correct the leaving date, change Left on in their Employment panel.
- Reactivate brings them back into the directory if they return.
- To keep them in the directory but stop them signing in, use Remove sign-in instead.
If Something Goes Wrong
- It says you can't deactivate yourself. Ask another Owner or Admin to do it.
- It says the Owner can't be deactivated. The Owner must transfer ownership to someone else first.
- Their name still shows on old visits and timesheets. That's expected: deactivating keeps their history. What happens to it later follows your periods in ConsoleSettingsData & privacy.
