Review Flagged Punches

   Go to ConsoleAttendanceNeeds review.

   Choose How far back to look and a Site.

   Under Waiting for review, select Accept to keep a punch, or Reject to void it with a reason. Tick several and accept them together.

   Look through the punches worth a look, such as a phone with no location or a clock-in with no clock-out, and fix any that need it.

   For a break left open, select Add the End break.

Good to Know

• Punches worth a look still count as they are. Nothing is corrected by itself.
• When extra time is waiting, it shows here too, with Approve, Approve part and Decline.
• Where a punch has a selfie, you can open it. Opening one is recorded in the audit trail.
• The menu shows how many punches are waiting for review.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A timesheet won't approve. Punches waiting for review hold it up. Accept or reject them first.
• You rejected a punch by mistake. Add it back with Add a missed punch, with a reason.
• The list is empty but staff say something's wrong. Widen How far back, or check Daily hours for that person.
