Search and Export the Audit Trail

   Go to ConsoleSecurityAudit trail. Entries are listed newest first, by day.

   Type in Search by who acted to find a person, device or key.

   Choose What happened and a Site, and set the dates.

   Select Export and choose CSV or Excel.

Good to Know

• It records sign-ins, visits, documents, exports, changes with before and after, deletions, and any access by Agoo support.
• The Auditor role can view and export the trail without changing anything else.
• How far back you can see depends on your plan. Moving down a plan hides older entries; they come back when you move up.
• The export itself is recorded in the trail.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Nothing matches." Try a shorter name, or clear a filter.
• You can't open the audit trail. Your role doesn't include it. Ask an Owner or Admin.
• You need entries older than your plan shows. Ask for a full organisation export, or move up a plan.
