Find and Export Past Visits

   Go to ConsoleVisitorsHistory.

   Type in Search visits: a visitor, phone number, company or host. Local numbers such as 024 123 4567 work.

   Narrow it with the site, Visitor type, Status and dates.

   Select Export and choose CSV, Excel or PDF.

The file holds the visits as filtered, with the visitor's details, their answers and who the visit was for.

Good to Know

• Hosts see and export their own visits only.
• Answers your admins protected only reach roles allowed to see them, and ID numbers show only their type and last four characters.
• Every export is recorded in the audit trail: who, what, which format and how many rows.
• How far back you can see depends on your plan's visitor history.
• For busy times and totals, use ConsoleReports.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No visits match." Try a shorter search, or clear a filter.
• The export is refused for size. Choose a shorter period or add a filter. PDFs hold fewer rows than CSV or Excel.
• Older visits are missing. They're beyond your plan's visitor history. They come back if you move up a plan.
