Go to ConsoleDevices and open Guard sign-ins to see who signed in on your gate devices, how, and when they signed out.
- To sign out a guard who left without signing out, open their gate device in Devices.
- Next to the guard On duty, select Sign out, then confirm with Sign out.
The device shows its sign-in screen when it next connects, and the next guard signs in with their own PIN.
Good to Know
- Open a device's own sign-ins from the device, or one person's from their row. All sign-ins goes back to the full list.
- Everything a guard does while signed in is in their name, on the visit and in the audit trail.
- Lock when left alone on the device sets how long it waits untouched before it locks. The guard types their PIN to carry on.
- A guard can take over at the gate with Hand over, which signs the previous guard out.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The list says "No sign-ins yet". Nobody has signed in on a guard-mode device yet.
- A guard can't sign in at the gate. Their role must work the gate, or they need Works the gate turned on in People, and a PIN.
