- Under What Reviews Mention, read each topic's reviews and how many were positive, mixed or negative.
- Select a topic to see the reviews behind it, newest first, each with the sentence that mentions it.
- To get a written overview, select Summarise with AI under AI Summary.
Good to Know
- Agoo counts, never the AI. The AI reads each published review and names its topics, each with a sentence copied from the review. Agoo checks the sentence is really in the review, then counts the reviews for every number you see.
- Not enough reviews to say anything yet shows on a topic with fewer than 3 reviews in the period, so one review can't read as a trend.
- When a review changes or is removed, it's read again or taken out of the counts.
- A topic with a warning sign, such as safety, or care and treatment, is one to look at first.
- The Agoo Reviews apps show the same insights in business mode.
- The monthly report emails last month's topics, trends and reply times to your team on the 1st. Each email has a link to stop it.
- A summary costs 5 AI credits and needs at least 3 reviews. Its suggestions are for you to weigh; they never change your page.
- If a review behind a summary is changed or removed afterwards, the summary says Some reviews changed since; make a new one.
- Insights are private to your team. They never change your score, the order of your reviews or your place in search.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "See What Your Reviews Are About" asks you to choose a level. Topics come with Reviews Plus and Reviews Business. See Choose a Level of Review Tools.
- A new review isn't counted yet. Reviews are usually read within minutes of going live. The line above the topics says how many in the period have been read.
- A topic looks wrong for a review. Open the topic: the sentence shows why it was counted. If a review breaks the rules, flag it from Reviews and replies.
