Send Review Invitations from the Agoo Console

   Go to ConsoleFeedbackPublic reviewsInvitations.

   Under After visits and bookings, turn on After each check-out and After each booking, and choose how long after to send.

   To invite customers who don't check in, go to Invite customers, add them under Customers, one a line, tick the declaration and select Send invitations.

   Check Recent invitations and How your reviews were asked for to see what went out.

Good to Know

• A review through an invitation after a check-out or booking is labelled Verified visit. One through Invite customers, a list or a link is labelled Invited.
• You invite everyone or no one. Nothing you set can pick out happy customers, and you never learn which invitation became which review.
• Basic includes 50 email invitations a month. Reviews Plus and Reviews Business send more, and add SMS and, on Reviews Business, WhatsApp. Your Agoo plan decides your level.
• Your own people, and anyone who asked not to be invited, are never invited.
• Invitations start once your page on Agoo Reviews is open to reviews.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Your page isn't linked to an Agoo organisation. Invite customers from agoo.reviews instead: see Send Review Invitations from Agoo Reviews.
• "No branch can take invitations yet." Invitations after visits need a branch that is one of your Agoo sites.
• Invitations are waiting to go. Nothing is sent in your quiet hours. They go once quiet hours end.
