Send Visitors the Wi-Fi When They Check In

   Go to ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi and find Welcome message.

   Turn on Send visitors the Wi-Fi when they check in.

   Leave Put the password in the message off, unless visitors need the password in the message itself.

Each visitor who gets guest Wi-Fi then gets a message by their pass's channels, with a link to their pass.

Good to Know

• The pass shows the current password while they're checked in, and nothing after.
• With the password in the message, it stays in their inbox after the visit and after you change it. The link alone is safer.
• Texts and WhatsApp messages use your plan's messages. Email is free.
• A walk-in who gave a phone number or email gets a pass for it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A visitor got no message. They gave no phone number or email, or their visitor type doesn't get guest Wi-Fi.
• The message didn't go by WhatsApp. It goes by the next channel until the WhatsApp message is approved, or if your plan doesn't send on WhatsApp.
