Go to ConsoleSettingsSites and open the site.
- Under Opening hours, select Start with Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, or turn on each day the site is open.
- Set Opens and Closes for each day. Select Copy Monday to Tuesday–Friday if the weekdays match.
- For a one-off closure or different hours, select Add exception, choose the Date and say What it's for.
- Select Save hours.
Good to Know
- Agoo uses opening hours to check out visitors still on site at closing time (if you choose that in Check-in rules), to start hosts' booking availability, and for the working day in reports.
- Ghana's public holidays are already built into booking availability. You don't need an exception for them.
- An exception is closed all day unless you turn it to Open and give its hours.
- Times are on the site's own clock, from its time zone.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Visitors are checked out at midnight, not closing time. The site has no opening hours yet. Set them here.
- Bookings show times the site is closed. Hosts' own hours are set in ConsoleBookingsAvailability. Check them too.
