Set How Long Sign-Ins Last

   Go to ConsoleSettingsSecurity and find How long sign-ins last.

   Choose a length for The Console, with Keep me signed in.

   Choose how often the app asks again under Agoo Workspace: password again every.

   Select Save.

Good to Know

• By default, Agoo keeps people signed in for 30 days on a browser they trust, and asks for the password in Agoo Workspace every 30 days. You can only make these shorter.
• A Console sign-in also ends sooner after 7 days unused. Without Keep me signed in, it ends when the browser closes.
• In between, the phone's own lock opens Agoo Workspace.
• Sign-ins already past the new length end within the hour.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You need to sign one person out everywhere now. Open them in ConsolePeopleDirectory instead.
• Staff complain they sign in too often. Choose a longer length here, up to the default.
