- Set Late after: the minutes after the shift starts before someone counts as late.
- Set Left early if out more than: the minutes before the end that count as leaving early.

- Under Clock-in reminders, turn on Shift starting and Forgot to clock out.
Good to Know
- Lateness and absence come from shifts: a published roster or a weekly fixed shift. Shifts come with Growth and above.
- A shift template can carry its own grace period.
- Clock-in reminders go only to Agoo Workspace, so they cost nothing to send.
- Absence alerts are on by default. Not-in-yet alerts are off by default.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Managers aren't being told. The people have no line manager. Set one on their page in People.
- Reminders don't arrive. The person hasn't installed Agoo Workspace or has turned notifications off on their phone.
- Nobody is ever late. They have no shifts. Publish a roster for their site.
