Set Up Phone Clock-In at a Site

   Go to ConsoleSettingsSites and open the site.

   Under Map pin, place the pin on the building: click the map, or use your location.

   Turn on Use a clock-in area around the pin and size the circle so it covers the building and car park, not the street.

   In the site's Clock-in panel, check Phone at the site is on.

   Where GPS is weak indoors, add the networks under Wi-Fi that counts as being here.

Good to Know

• Agoo Workspace checks the phone's location once, when the person selects Clock in or Clock out, and never follows them.
• A phone on one of the site's listed Wi-Fi networks counts as being at the site.
• If you keep staff Wi-Fi in ConsoleSettingsWi-Fi, mark a network Use for Wi-Fi clock-in and it's added to each of its sites and kept in step.
• Phone GPS can drift indoors, so make the area a little larger than the building.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Staff inside the building are told they're not at the site. Make the circle larger, or add the office Wi-Fi so the network check lets them through.
• There's no clock-in area option. Phone clock-in with an area comes with Starter and above. Check your plan in ConsoleSettingsBilling.
• People outside the gate can clock in. Make the circle smaller so it stops at your boundary.
