Go to ConsoleBookingsAvailability.
Under Your hours, set the hours for each day you take bookings. Add a second range in a day to keep lunch free, and leave a day empty if you don't take bookings then.
- Under Date overrides, select Add a date for a day that differs: mark it Unavailable all day, or give it different hours.
- Under Meeting link and time zone, check the Time zone and, if you hold video calls, add My meeting link.
- Select Save availability.
Your booking pages show the new times straight away.
Good to Know
- Owners and Admins can set anyone's hours: choose the person at the top of the page.
- A date override replaces your weekly hours for that day only.
- Your meeting link is used for video bookings whose booking type has no link of its own.
- Each booking type narrows these hours further with its notice, gaps and daily limit.
If Something Goes Wrong
- A day you work shows no times. Check it isn't a closed day or a public holiday, and that the booking type's Notice and How far ahead allow it.
- Times show at the wrong hour. Your Time zone is wrong. Guests see times in their own time zone, with a switch to see yours.
- People still book you when you're busy elsewhere. Add a date override, or connect your calendar so its busy times are kept off your pages.
