Share a Form with People in Your Workspace

   Go to Forms (in the Console, ConsoleAgoo Forms), open the form's menu and select Share with people. You can also open the form's Share tab and select Share with people under People in your workspace.

   Under Share with someone, choose a Builder or an Analyst.

   Choose Build for a Builder who should edit and publish it, or Read responses for someone who should only read them.

   Turn on Export, Sensitive answers or Files for what else they may do, then select Share.

   To change what someone may do, change their choices in Shared with. To stop sharing, select the cross beside their name.

Good to Know

• Owners and Admins see every form already, so you share forms with Builders and Analysts.
• The form's maker, Owners and Admins can change who a form is shared with.
• Sensitive answers lets someone open answers kept sealed, such as ID numbers. Each time they open one, it's recorded.
• Files lets someone download the files people send, once each has passed its virus check.
• Changes apply at once, and everyone looking at the form sees them straight away.
• To share with someone new, first invite them to the workspace as a Builder or an Analyst.

If Something Goes Wrong

• No Share with people in the menu. Your workspace isn't on Forms Team, or you didn't make the form. Ask the form's maker, an Owner or an Admin.
• The person isn't in the list. They're not in the workspace yet, they're an Owner or Admin who sees every form already, or it's already shared with them.
• Build isn't offered for someone. Only Builders can build a form. Analysts read responses.
