   Go to ConsoleVisitorsOn site.

   Choose a site, or leave it on Every site.

   Search by visitor, phone number, company or host to find someone.

   Act on the label beside each visitor, as below.

Good to Know

• Awaiting approval rows sit at the top: they're waiting at the desk for the host or security.
• Host hasn't answered means the host didn't answer within the site's wait time. Call them, or approve for them.
• Host is on the way means the host answered from their phone.
• Overdue means they're still checked in after their expected end time. Check with the host, then check them out.
• People who can see attendance or roll calls also see clocked-in staff under the visitors. This is the list a roll call uses.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The list looks out of date. It updates live while Live shows beside the tabs. If your connection can't stay live it checks every few seconds instead; refresh after a dropped connection.
• Someone left hours ago but still shows. They didn't check out. Check them out now.
