Go to ConsoleSettingsVisitor forms and find Start from a template.
- Select the template closest to your organisation. The one marked Your type matches the organisation type you chose.
- Read the questions it adds to each visitor type, then select Add to drafts.
- Open each form listed, check the questions and select Publish.
Nothing changes at the door until you publish.
Good to Know
- Questions a form already has are kept as they are.
- A template may suggest visitor types of its own, such as Parent pickup for a school. Adding one needs Starter or above.
- On plans without conditional questions, a template's conditional questions are asked every time.
- Built-in types you've turned off get the questions too, ready if you turn them on.
If Something Goes Wrong
- A suggested visitor type wasn't added. Your plan has no room for it. The result says why. Turn another type off, or upgrade.
- Publish fails after adding a template. The form now goes over your plan's question limit. Remove a few questions, then publish.
