Transfer Ownership of Your Organisation

Before You Start

The new Owner must already sign in to your organisation.

   As the Owner, go to ConsolePeopleDirectory and open the new Owner.

   In Sign-in, select Make [their first name] the Owner.

   Choose Your role after the transfer.

   Type your organisation's name to confirm, then select Transfer ownership.

Agoo emails you both.

Good to Know

• The new Owner controls the plan and billing, and is the only person who can transfer ownership again or close the organisation.
• There is one Owner at a time.
• If your admin seats are all used, staying an Admin needs a free seat. Choose another role, or free a seat first.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Make the Owner button. Only the Owner sees it, and only for someone who already signs in.
• The Owner has left and nobody can transfer it. Contact Agoo support. Handing over an organisation needs evidence and notice to the old Owner.
