Use a Waitlist for Full Days

   Go to ConsoleBookingsBooking types and open the booking type.

   Under Waitlist, turn on Offer a waitlist on full days, then select Save changes.

   To see who is waiting, go to ConsoleBookings and open the Waitlist tab.

   To remove someone, select Take off beside them.

When a day has no free times left, the booking page offers Join the waitlist for that day.

Good to Know

• When a time frees up on that day, the first person in line gets a message with a link to book it. The time isn't held: whoever books first gets it.
• If they don't book in time, the next person in line is sent a link.
• Once the day has passed, everyone still waiting for it is removed.
• People confirm their phone or email with a code before they join, as they do when they book.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The waitlist doesn't appear on the page. The day still has free times, or Offer a waitlist on full days is off for that booking type.
• The Waitlist tab says it's being switched on. It isn't available for your organisation yet. Check back later.
