Why a Page Was Unlisted

What It Means

Nobody can find the page or branch on Agoo Reviews, and its address no longer works. Its reviews are kept privately and aren't shown to anyone. If one branch is unlisted, the rest of the page stays as it is, and that branch's reviews no longer count in the page's score.

Good to Know

• A person at Agoo decides, for good reason, and whoever manages the page is told why by email.
• Disliking reviews or a score isn't a reason, and paying can never take a page down.
• This isn't the same as a page offline for now, which says it's temporarily unavailable and comes back by itself or after a check.
• It can be reversed. If it comes back, everything is as it was.
• A page with nobody managing it can't be told. Claim it if you can, or write to us.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You think it's a mistake. Reply to the email, or write to support@agoohq.com.
• You were never told. Check the address your Owner and managers use, then write to support@agoohq.com.
