Add Someone to the Watchlist

   Go to ConsoleSecurityWatchlist and select Add entry. To start from a past visit, open it and select Add to watchlist instead.

   Under Who, enter their Name and at least one of Mobile number or ID number.

   Give a specific Reason: what happened and when, or which order.

   Under Where it applies, choose Every site or Only some sites.

   Set Stops matching on unless there's a reason it should last indefinitely.

   Select Add to watchlist.

Good to Know

• Name matching allows for spelling differences, so a phone or ID number makes a match more than a name.
• An ID number is kept only as a secure fingerprint for matching.
• A match holds the check-in for security. Agoo never refuses anyone on its own.
• Only Owners, Admins and Security leads see the watchlist by default. Each look and change is in the audit trail.
• Your watchlist is never shared with or matched against other organisations.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "The watchlist is part of Growth and above." Move to Growth or above to use it.
• An entry is no longer needed. Open it and select Remove for good. The audit trail keeps that it existed, without who it was.
• "Choose at least one site, or every site." Pick where the entry applies before saving.
