Answer a Visitor's Request for Another Time

When a guest asks for another time from their pass, you get an alert, and the visit shows New time asked in the list.

   Open the visit in ConsoleVisitors. From the visitor shows the time they asked for and their note.

   Add A note for the visitor (optional), such as where to ask for you.

   Select Move the visit to accept, or Keep its time to decline.

The guest is told either way.

Good to Know

• A moved visit keeps its length, and the same pass works at the new time.
• The host or reception can answer. Hosts can also answer on the visit in the Agoo Workspace app, with Move it or Keep the time.
• The guest can withdraw their request from the pass while it waits.

If Something Goes Wrong

• The request has gone. The guest withdrew it, or someone else already answered. The Timeline shows which.
• The time they asked for doesn't suit. Keep its time with a note suggesting another, or use Change to set a time you agree by phone.
