- Open the organisation's request page from their website or by scanning their request poster.
- Under Where would you like to visit?, choose the place if there's more than one.
Give your Phone number or Email, select Text me a code or Email me a code, then type it under Enter your code and select Confirm.
- Under What's the visit for?, choose the kind of visit and answer its questions.
- Under Who would you like to see?, type the first few letters of their name and choose them, or choose No one in particular.
- Under When would you like to come?, choose a Day, From and, if you know it, Until.
- Add Your name and What's it about?, accept the privacy notice if shown, and select Send my request.
Your request goes to the person you asked to see. Their answer comes to the phone or email you confirmed, with your pass if they say yes.
Good to Know
- Choose a time at least an hour from now, and within the next six months.
- If your connection drops, what you typed is kept on your phone for a while and offered back.
- Phone numbers must be in the organisation's country. Otherwise confirm with your email.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The code hasn't arrived. Texts can take a minute. Check your spam or junk folder for an email, or select Send a new code.
- The page says they're not taking requests online. Contact the organisation directly.
- You can't find the person. Type a few more letters, or choose No one in particular.
