Open the message from the front desk, or open the visit in ConsoleVisitors.
- Under Will you see them?, choose an answer.
- I'll see them: you become their host and a waiting visitor is let in.
- Ask them to wait: say how long. Reception tells the visitor to keep their seat.
- Not today: the front desk can book them in for another time or ask someone else.
- I won't see them: it goes back to the front desk to pass on or turn away. Add A note for the front desk (optional) if it helps.
- Select Send my answer.
Good to Know
- Ask them to wait is offered once the visitor has arrived.
- For a team visit, the first member to say yes becomes the host and the others are told it's been taken.
- Once you say no, you're off the visit and stop seeing it.
- A note for the front desk is never sent to the visitor.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Your answer says someone else answered first. A colleague took it. Nothing more to do.
- The link doesn't work any more. It was answered another way, or it has expired. Open the visit in the Console or the Workspace app.
