Approve or Turn Down a QR Code

   Go to ConsoleQR codes and choose Waiting.

   Open the code to check where it goes and how it looks.

   Select Approve to put it live at once, or add a Note (optional) and select Turn down.

Its maker is emailed your decision, with your note.

Good to Know

• This applies when An admin approves tracked codes first is on in ConsoleQR codesSettings.
• Everyone who can approve is emailed when a code is waiting, and the menu shows how many wait.
• Until it's approved, scanning it says it isn't live yet. Once turned down, it says it has ended.
• Plain codes never wait.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You don't see Waiting. Approval is off, or you aren't an Owner or Admin.
• A restored code is waiting again. When approval is on, a code restored from Archived by anyone else waits again.
