Approve Shift Swaps and Open Shift Requests

   Go to ConsoleAttendanceRosters, choose the site and open Open shifts and swaps.

   Look under Waiting for a decision and Swaps waiting for a decision. Each shows both people, the shifts and any warnings.

   Select Approve, or Decline and write a Reason they'll see.

Approving changes the roster at once, with no publish needed. Both people are told.

Good to Know

• You can also decide on your phone, in Agoo Workspace's Team tab under Approvals.
• Warnings, such as the Labour Act's rest rules, never stop you. You decide.
• Offered, not taken lists offers no one has taken yet. Decided lately shows recent decisions.
• Who approves swaps and claims is set in ConsoleAttendanceSettings, under Who approves swaps and Who approves claims for open shifts.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Approving is refused. The person taking the shift now has another shift at that time.
• A swap disappeared. It expired when the shift started, or it was called off because the shift changed in the planner.
