See a Full ID or Account Number

   Go to ConsolePeopleDirectory, open the person and choose the HR record tab.

   Beside the number in Statutory numbers or Pay accounts, select Reveal.

   Under Why you need it, say why, such as the report it's for.

   Select Reveal. The number shows for a minute, then hides. Select Hide now when you're done.

Good to Know

• Only the Owner and HR can see a full number. Admins keep records but never see one.
• Your reason, your name and the time go into the audit trail.
• The number is never kept on your screen or device after it hides. Revealing it again is recorded again.

If Something Goes Wrong

• There's no Reveal button. Your role can't see full numbers. Ask HR or the Owner.
• It says only the last four are kept. That number was recorded without the full number. Record it again with Replace if you need it.
• The person asks to see their own full number. Nobody can show it to them in the app. HR can read it to them after revealing it.
