Disconnect a Calendar or Zoom Account

Stop Agoo using a calendar or Zoom account, and remove the events it added.

  1. Open the menu under your name and select Your calendars.
  2. On the account's card, select Disconnect.
  3. Keep Remove the events Agoo added (recommended) ticked, or for Zoom Remove the Zoom meetings Agoo made (recommended).
  4. Select Disconnect to confirm.

Agoo stops reading the account and deletes your busy times and list of calendars at once. Past events stay as your history.

Good to Know

  • Microsoft doesn't let apps remove their own access. The dialog links to your Microsoft account's app permissions, where you remove Agoo too.
  • For iCloud, Agoo deletes the app-specific password at once. You can also revoke it at Apple.
  • If you have another connected calendar, your upcoming bookings move to it. Otherwise your booking page goes by your hours alone.
  • You can connect the same account again whenever you like.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • The card stays on Disconnecting. Agoo is tidying up the events it added. Wait a moment.
  • You removed Agoo in your Google or Microsoft account first. The card says Reconnect. Select Disconnect in Agoo to finish.
