Connect a Payment Source

   Go to agoo.reviews/business, open your page and select Payments.

   Select Connect a Payment System, then choose The branch the payments are made at.

   Fill in A name for it, such as "Main till", and Invite this many hours after payment, from 0 to 48.

   Choose Paystack and paste your Paystack secret key, or choose Another system to get a signing secret for your till or point-of-sale provider.

   Select Connect It. Select Copy the address and, for another system, Copy the secret: the secret is shown once.

   For Paystack, paste the address as the Webhook URL in your Paystack dashboard's settings. For another system, give the address and the secret to whoever runs it.

Good to Know

• Every payment, or none. Each completed payment invites its customer, after the delay you chose. You can't choose which customers: you can only pause the whole connection.
• Paid visit. A review written from one of these invitations shows Paid visit beside its label: your payment system told Agoo about the payment, and Agoo checked the message was really from it. Like every label, it never changes your score.
• The usual rules apply: nobody who asked not to be asked, nobody you invited in the last 90 days, and your month's invitations (5,000 on Reviews Business). Each payment is counted once.
• How they go: by the channels under Invitations, How They Go: email, and text or WhatsApp if you chose them.
• What you see: the last 30 days' payments for each connection, by what became of them (invited, or why not). Never a customer's contact details.
• A Paystack test key (it starts sk_test) makes a test connection: its payments are checked and counted, and nobody is invited.
• Your Paystack secret key is sealed as you paste it and never shown again. Up to 5 connections a page.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Invitations after payments come with Reviews Business for the branch." See Choose a Level of Review Tools.
• Payments arrive but nobody is invited. Check the connection isn't paused, and look at its last 30 days: "no contact" means the payments carried no email address or Ghanaian mobile number.
• Your Paystack account already sends its webhooks elsewhere. Ask whoever runs that server to pass each successful payment on to the connection's address, unchanged.
• You lost the signing secret. Select Make a new secret on the connection. The old one stops at once, so update your system straight away.
