Make a Feedback Poster

Print a QR poster for a site or counter, so anyone can tell you how it went from their own phone.

  1. Go to ConsoleFeedback and open Share.

  2. Choose the survey and the Site the poster is for. Add a counter or desk, such as "Teller 3", if you like.
  3. Select Make a poster.
  4. Select PNG or PDF to download it, Copy link to share it online, or Design to style it with your brand.

Put it where people wait or leave: at reception, a counter or the exit.

Good to Know

  • Feedback posters never count against your tracked QR codes.
  • They keep working when you change the survey.
  • People who scan answer without giving their name, unless they want a reply.
  • Poster answers are reported apart from invited ones, with scans as their response rate.
  • Open the survey page shows exactly what people see.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "Choose the site the poster is for." Pick a site before you make it.
  • Scanning says the survey isn't asking. It's stopped. Start it again from Surveys.
