Flag a Review for a Moderator
Ask Agoo's moderators to look at a review of your business that you believe breaks the guidelines.
- Plans: Every Reviews level
- Updated 27 October 2026
- 1 min read
- Go to agoo.reviews/business and open your page under Your Pages.
- Select Reviews and replies and find the review.
- Select Flag for a moderator under it.
- Choose what's wrong and say what the moderator should look at.
- Select Send the report.
The review shows Flagged for a moderator while it's open. We email you what we decide.
Good to Know
-
If the review describes a real problem, take it on as a case instead: select Take it on as a case under it.
-
A flag never hides a review. Every business's flags go to one queue, oldest first, and a moderator decides with reasons for both sides.
-
You can't edit, hide, reorder or remove a review yourself, and paying never changes any of it.
-
If someone asks for money to post or remove a review, flag it and never pay.
-
For defamation or a privacy breach, select Send a legal notice instead on the form.
-
A reply is often the best answer to an unfair review. See Reply to a review.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "You've reported this already." Your earlier flag is still open. Wait for our email.
- The moderator kept the review. The decision email says why, from the guidelines.
