   Open the menu under your name and select Your calendars.

   Under Your private calendar link, select Get your private link.

   Select Add to Apple Calendar, Add to Google Calendar or Add to Outlook, or Copy link and paste it into your calendar app. On a phone, scan the QR code.

Your calendar app keeps it up to date by itself.

Good to Know

• Keep the link to yourself: anyone with it can see what it shows.
• Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own timetable, so changes can take a while to show. Google's can take several hours.
• The link doesn't stop people booking you when you're busy. For that, connect your calendar or add date overrides to your hours.
• How much each event says follows your organisation's setting for calendar events.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You think someone else has your link. Select Get a new link. The old one stops working.
• You don't need it any more. Select End link.
• There's no private link section. Your organisation has turned private links off. Ask an Owner or Admin.
