Set Calendar Rules for Your Organisation

Choose who may connect calendars, which providers they can use, and how much calendar events say.

  • Plans: Every plan

  1. Go to ConsoleSettingsCalendars.

  2. Under Who can connect, choose Everyone, People who take bookings or Nobody.
  3. Under Providers, turn off any of Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, iCloud Calendar or Zoom your organisation doesn't use.
  4. Under Detail in calendar events, choose Full, Kind and name or Times only.
  5. Under Private calendar links, turn Let people use private links on or off.
  6. Select Save.

Good to Know

  • Connected calendars come with Starter and up. Private calendar links and the detail setting work on every plan.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses are never put in calendar events.
  • Switching a provider off stops Agoo using it here. Nobody's account is touched.
  • Your people shows how many have connected and how many need to reconnect.
  • A Microsoft 365 administrator can approve Agoo once for everyone with Approve for everyone at your organisation, so staff connect with no consent screen.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • You can't change anything. Only Owners and Admins change calendar settings.
  • "Microsoft didn't approve Agoo". The person approving must be your organisation's Microsoft administrator. Select Approve again when they're signed in.
  • Someone's calendar card says it isn't used here. It says why: your plan, these settings, or a connection that needs reconnecting.
