Invite a Visitor from Agoo Workspace

   Open Hosting and tap Invite a visitor.

   Tap Choose from your contacts, or type their Name, Company, Mobile number and Email.

   Choose who they're Coming to see: yourself, colleagues, or a team.

   Choose the visitor type, site, day and arrival time. For several days, turn on Over several days and choose the Last day.

   Turn on Send them an invitation and choose By SMS, By email or both. Answer any questions you already know.

   Tap Send invitation (or Save visit if you aren't sending one). Invite someone else starts again.

Good to Know

• Your visitor gets the day, time, place, who they're seeing and their QR pass, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
• Add their vehicle's plate if they're driving, so the gate knows the car.
• Agoo never reads your address book: it sees only the contact you pick.
• What you've typed is kept on the phone for a while if you're interrupted, and cleared when you sign out.
• Inviting needs a connection.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Inviting needs Agoo" or a note about Starter. Your organisation is on Free, where inviting isn't included. An Owner or Admin can change the plan.
• "Passes for several days come with Starter and above." Change the plan, or invite them for one day at a time.
• The visitor didn't get the pass. Open the visit and tap Send again.
