Invite Customers to Review You

   Go to ConsoleFeedbackPublic reviews and open Invitations.

   To invite after visits, turn on After each check-out or After each booking, and set How long after and One reminder.

   To invite people you know, select Invite customers, add Customers, one a line, and select Invite them. Or Upload a list as a CSV file.

   For people who bought from you, use Make after-sale links and give each customer their link.

Good to Know

• Invitations after a check-out or booking Agoo recorded can earn the Verified visit label.
• You invite everyone, whatever they told you privately. You can't choose who is asked by their score.
• Free sends up to 50 invitations a month by email. Paid review tools add SMS, WhatsApp, customer lists, a forwarding address and after-sale links.
• After-sale links work once each, for 30 days. Download or copy them when they're made: they aren't shown again.
• Invitations start once your page on Agoo Reviews is open to reviews.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No branch can take invitations yet". None of your branches has the review tools your plan includes. Check Branches with the review tools.
• "Invitations aren't sent for this kind of place." Your category doesn't take invitations.
• "The file is over 2 MB." Split your list into smaller files.
