   Choose the Branch, or The whole page.

   Read Summary, Twelve months, Stars, What people mention, How reviews were asked for and Reply times.

   To compare branches, scroll to Branches side by side and the Branch league table.

Good to Know

• Insights come with Starter and up. Comparing places, the league table and your category's benchmark come with Growth and up.
• Invited and unprompted reviews count the same in your score.
• A score is shown once a place has 3 reviews.
• AI summaries use AI credits. If a review behind a summary is changed or removed afterwards, the summary says Some reviews changed since; make a new one, and its examples are left out.
• Reply to reviews from Overview.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Nothing mentioned often enough yet." There aren't enough reviews to find themes.
• "Not enough AI credits left this month." AI summaries pause until your credits renew, or top up your credits.
• A branch has no score. It has fewer than 3 reviews.
