Go to ConsoleVisitors and find the visitor, or select Scan a pass and scan their QR code.
- Open their visit. The Pass panel says whether it Admits now.
- Under Back again?, choose the gate they Came in at if the site has more than one.
- Select Let them back in.
A new entry is added to the pass, the watchlist is checked again and their host is told.
Good to Know
- Any pass lets a visitor back in while it admits, unless it's single use.
- The Pass panel lists every entry so far, with the time and gate.
- At a kiosk or with a guard, the visitor scans their pass instead.
If Something Goes Wrong
- The panel says Doesn't admit now. You're told why. Choose Let them in anyway if that's right; it's recorded with your name.
- The pass shows Expired. The visit has ended. Invite them again or check them in as a walk-in.
- There's no Back again? section. The visitor hasn't been in yet on this pass. Use Check in instead.
