Scan a Visitor's Pass in the Console

   Go to ConsoleVisitors and select Scan a pass.

   Allow the camera if your browser asks.

   Hold the pass's QR code up to the camera. You'll see Finding the visit… and then the visit opens.

   Select Check in, Let them back in or Check out, as the visit needs.

Good to Know

• It reads both signed passes and pass links, including a pass added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• With no camera, paste the pass link into the box under the scanner instead.
• The Agoo Workspace app's Desk and guard mode in Agoo Kiosk can scan passes with the phone's camera too.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "No camera here, or it isn't allowed." Allow the camera for this site in your browser's settings, or paste the pass link.
• The pass doesn't open a visit. It may be old or for another organisation. Search for the guest by name on Expected instead.
• The scanner stays on Starting the camera…. Another app may be using the camera. Close it and try again.
