Log a Vehicle In from the Console

   Go to ConsoleSecurityVehicles and select Log a vehicle in.

   Enter the Plate, and choose the Site and Gate.

   Choose What it's here for, and add Who it's for (optional), such as "Gas for the kitchen".

   Add the Driver (optional) if you know it.

   Select Log it in. The vehicle shows under Inside now.

   When it leaves, find it under Inside now and select Log out.

Good to Know

• Guards usually log vehicles on the gate device in guard mode, where the camera reads the plate even offline.
• A plate that's known, barred or on today's invitations is recognised as it's logged.
• Hosts can add a visitor's plate when they invite, so the gate knows the car before it arrives.

If Something Goes Wrong

• A vehicle shows as already inside. It left without being logged out. Log it out first, then in again.
• You don't see Log a vehicle in. Your role can see the register but not log vehicles. Ask a Security lead or admin.
