See Vehicles Inside and Export the Log

   Go to ConsoleSecurityVehicles. The numbers at the top show Inside now, In today, Turned away this week and Inside over 12 hours.

   Open Inside now to see every vehicle on site, longest inside last.

   For one that left without being logged, select Log out.

   Open Log for every vehicle in and out. Filter by site and what happened, or search by plate, driver or person.

   Select Export CSV to download the log as filtered.

Good to Know

• Inside over 12 hours is often a vehicle that left without being logged out.
• Vehicles logged while a device was offline are marked Logged offline.
• How long the register is kept is set in your organisation's retention settings.
• Site-limited roles see the vehicles at their own sites.

If Something Goes Wrong

• "Nothing in the log." No vehicles match. Widen the dates or clear the search.
• A vehicle appears twice. It was logged in twice without a log out. Log out the older entry.
