Make a Clock-In Poster for a Staff Entrance

   Go to ConsoleAttendanceSettings and find At each site.

   Select Clock-in poster beside the site.

   Check the details of the new QR code and save it.

   Download the poster and print it for the staff entrance.

Good to Know

• Scanning the poster opens a page telling staff to clock in with Agoo Workspace, with a link to get the app. The poster never clocks anyone in by itself.
• You can also make one from the site's page in ConsoleSettingsSites.
• It counts as one of your tracked QR codes, and stops working if the site is removed.

If Something Goes Wrong

• You don't see Clock-in poster. Your role can't make QR codes. Ask an Admin.
• You're out of tracked codes. Your plan's tracked QR codes are used up. Archive one you no longer need, or move up a plan.
