Make a Team That Receives Visitors

   Go to ConsolePeopleTeams and select New team.

   Give it a Name as a visitor would say it, such as Admissions or the Head Teacher's Office.

   Choose its Site, or Every site.

   Turn on Visitors may choose this team if visitors should find it where they check in or ask to visit.

   Under Members, add the people who look after its visitors.

   Select Make the team.

When a visitor comes for the team, every member is told. The first to say yes becomes the host, and the others hear it's been taken.

Good to Know

• Teams are on every plan and count against nothing.
• With Visitors may choose this team off, only your staff can address a visit to the team or pass a visitor to it.
• A team at one site is offered at that site only.
• Archive team takes it out of use. Bring it back restores it.

If Something Goes Wrong

• Visitors can't find the team. Check Visitors may choose this team is on, the team is at their site, and the visitor type offers teams.
• Nobody answers for the team. The visitor waits under Needs someone in ConsoleVisitors, where the desk can ask someone else.
