Go to ConsoleBookings and open the booking once its time has started.
- Select Mark no-show, then Mark no-show again to confirm.
It's recorded on the booking and in reports. Nobody is sent a message.
Good to Know
- In-person bookings follow their visit: when the visit is marked a no-show because the guest never arrived, the booking is too. You don't mark them here.
- Mark no-show appears only after the meeting has started, for video, phone and somewhere-else meetings.
- If a booking type is often missed, add a reminder closer to the time, or have the host confirm each booking.
If Something Goes Wrong
- You can't see Mark no-show. The meeting hasn't started yet, or it's an in-person booking.
- The meeting did happen and the button is still there. Leave it: a booking stays a normal past booking unless someone marks it.
